Travel Administrator

A new position has become available at our Head Office in Mendlesham, Suffolk, joining the Holiday Product Team.


The Travel Administrator will be responsible for the administration and operation of a comprehensive programme of quality holidays and tours, maintaining the very high standards for which we are renowned.


  • Working within an office environment

  • Updating and maintaining holiday records within our product management system

  • Handling supplier invoices and payment procedures

  • Monitoring customer feedback reports and dealing with customer queries

  • Working closely with our Travel Consultants, Customer Service Administrator and Tours Admin team

The hours are set 25 hours per week:

Monday 9am-5pm

Tuesday 12noon-5pm

Thursday 12noon-5pm

Friday 9am-5pm

Qualified PCV Drivers


We are looking for PCV Drivers to join our driving team. You will need a current PCV Licence and a willingness to acquire your Driver CPC qualification.

Trainee Bus & Coach Drivers


We want to find the next generation of Bus and Coach Drivers and train you to achieve your professional PCV licence. You will need to possess a clean Category B licence and be able to pass the relevant medical test and qualify for a professional Category D licence.

Coach & Bus Technician


£27-£30K depending on experience at 45 hours a week.


A rare opportunity to work for one of East Anglia’s leading bus and coach operators with over 50 years’ experience, as our Coach & Bus Technician, you will work as part of a team dedicated to maintaining the excellent condition of our modern fleet of over 50 vehicles.


Although a PCV licence is advantageous, full training and support will be offered to the right candidate so we welcome applications from all levels of experience.


You will be working on vehicles ranging from small local buses to touring coaches and our onsite workshop is well equipped to deal with the daily activity generated in this busy environment.


We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who will maintain our high standard of workmanship and take care of each and every Galloway vehicle.
